A stunning illuminated 'Internalite' directional sign made in England by K.F.M Engineering. c.1930.
Wall mounted brass frame housing the internal illuminations above double sided polished plate glass with 'Lounge Bar' and very art deco arrow. Frame stamped with makers mark.
Rewired to connect to mains.
About the maker
Designed and made by K.F.M Engineering Company Ltd London, the range of 'Internalite' products were prominently used for advertising and directional signage. They featured heavy duty brass frames which concealed the wiring and bulbs used to illuminate the polished and etched plate glass sign.
